The Dr. V. A. Snow Centre prides itself on our "home cooking".  The Dietary Department is in operation between the hours of 6:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. Our kitchen is inspected regularly by the Department of Health. Our 4 week cycle menu ensures a variety of meals. Residents are encouraged to eat in the dining room if possible, but tray service is also available. We are able to provide a special diet to any resident who might require one, and assistance is always available if someone needs a helping hand. A nutritional assessment is done on admission and periodically thereafter by a registered dietician. 

Arrangements can be made to have a meal with a resident by calling the Dietary Department at 832-6210 extension 6129.  Meal tickets may be purchased at the Administration Office Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
